Clark Hill Promotes Four Attorneys to Member

Clark Hill, an international AmLaw 200 ranked law firm, today announced the promotion class of 13 attorneys across nine offices and six practices, effective Jan. 1, 2022. Four were promoted to membership in the firm, and nine were promoted to senior attorney.

The four new members promoted from senior attorney to membership are:

K. J. Edward Fornell (Detroit) is a member of the Litigation practice group. His practice is focused on representing large companies, small businesses, and entrepreneurial individuals in a variety of commercial litigation matters, including business torts, shareholder and member litigation, contract and insurance disputes, product liability, and intellectual property.

Nicholas Papasifakis (Birmingham, Michigan) is a member of the Tax & Estates practice group. He advises clients on business and estate planning matters, asset protection strategies, and probate and trust administration and litigation.

Kristina Kunz (San Antonio) is a member in the Tax & Estates practice group.  She counsels clients and families in developing an estate plan that best meets their specific goals and needs. Kunz also represents fiduciaries in all phases of probate, estate and trust administration, including estate, and gift and generation-skipping transfer tax reporting and compliance

Lisa Reimbold (Los Angeles) is a member in the Labor & Employment practice group.  Her practice is focused on supporting clients in general liability matters and employment litigation involving harassment, discrimination and retaliation, ADA lawsuits, whistleblower claims, and wage and hour litigation.

Corporate Law – Weldon Woodall (Dallas)
