Clark Hill Mourns the Passing of Auto Industry Champion and Attorney Fred Hoffman
Clark Hill is deeply saddened at the passing of our friend and colleague, Fredrick W. Hoffman, who lost his battle with cancer on October 26. Hoffman served the firm as Of Counsel in our Government & Public Affairs practice. He is also a former Chrysler executive and Michigan state official. Among Hoffman's many notable accomplishments is his work as an advisor to former Governor Jennifer Granholm on auto restructuring and economic development during the U.S. auto crisis.
We are grateful for his years of dedicated service to our firm, clients and community. Our heartfelt condolences go to his family, including his husband of over three decades, Jim Stokes, and to his many friends and colleagues. He will be dearly missed.
