Clark Hill Director of Government Regulation Anthony Campau Quoted in Bloomberg Law
On June 18, 2020, Clark Hill attorney Anthony Campau was quoted in a Bloomberg Law article, “Trump Spring Regulatory Agenda Back on Track After Virus Pause.”
The article discusses the federal agencies that put President Donald Trump’s planned regulatory agenda on the back burner this spring in responding to the coronavirus pandemic are catching up now, as well as determining which of their virus-related changes to keep.
Campau wrote that 2020 had been shaping up to be Trump’s most active year in regulatory actions yet, according to researchers who analyzed federal agencies’ rulemaking agendas published last fall.
Campau, Director of Government Regulation at Clark Hill PLC and former chief of staff to Trump’s first regulatory chief, said that he expects a true midyear update, with a fuller launch projecting well out into the future this fall.
