Clark Hill Chicago Member in Charge Ray J. Koenig III Recognized as 2019 Notable LGBTQ Executive by Crain’s Chicago Business

Ray J. Koenig III was recently recognized as one of Crain’s Chicago Business’ 2019 Notable LGBTQ Executives. The list features 84 leaders in business and nonprofits, including top directors and managers at prominent LGBTQ organizations in Chicago. Koenig serves as the Member in Charge of the Chicago office and on the Firm’s Executive Committee. Koenig is a Member in Clark Hill’s Litigation and Tax & Estates groups. He practices in Estate & Trust Litigation, for which he has been repeatedly selected as a Super Lawyer or Rising Star since 2010, including the last two years as one of the Top 100 Lawyers in Illinois. 

Koenig was recognized as a Notable LGBTQ Executive due to his leadership in various organizations, such as the non-profit agency Chicago House and the Chicago Bar Association.  Within the firm, he was recently appointed co-chair of the PRIDE committee, a diversity initiative that supports members of the LGBTQ community.
