Clark Hill attorney Latasha R. Thomas was recently recognized by Crain’s Chicago Business’ 2019 Notable Minorities in Accounting, Consulting & Law.  The list features 56 professionals, from accountants and consultants to lawyers, all at top of their fields.  They have dedicated time and energy to promoting diversity and inclusion at their firms and hold leadership positions of diversity committees, and are very active in their communities.

Thomas is Senior Counsel in the firm’s Government & Regulatory Affairs group based in the Chicago office.  Latasha focuses her practice on solving her clients' issues with federal, state and local governments; municipal finance; economic and urban development; real estate; mergers and acquisitions; and business transactions, including private equity investing.  Latasha is widely respected by legislators throughout Chicago, Cook County and Illinois, and was a four-term Alderman on the Chicago City Council.
