October 26, 2026 – Clark Hill is pleased to announce that Member Ashley Foret Dees has joined the firm’s Houston office in the Immigration practice group. With a focus in overseeing H-2A agricultural and H-2B temporary visa programs, Dees helps empower businesses of all sizes across the United States with the tools they need for growth and success as they navigate immigration policy and regulations.

“We’re thrilled to expand our immigration services in Texas with the addition of Ashley and her team,” said Rebecca Mancini, Leader of Clark Hill’s Immigration practice. “Ashley brings exceptional depth in the highly specialized H-2A and H-2B programs, an area in which relatively few immigration practitioners have significant experience. Her addition further rounds out our team of specialists spanning virtually every area of immigration law, serving both businesses and individuals. This breadth distinguishes our practice and allows us to provide clients with truly comprehensive immigration counsel.”

“I am excited to join Clark Hill’s highly regarded team of immigration attorneys dedicated to client service and innovative problem-solving,” said Dees. “Clark Hill’s national platform, collaborative culture, and dedication to serving clients make it an ideal place to continue my commitment to helping employers address critical workforce needs through strategic immigration solutions.”

Dees is joined by a team of experienced attorneys and paralegals who share her commitment to providing responsive, practical service tailored to each client’s needs.

Dees earned her law degree from Louisiana State University School of Law and is admitted to practice in Louisiana and Texas.
