Clark Hill Adds Drew Melville To Real Estate Practice

April 15, 2024

Clark Hill announced today that Drew Melville has joined the firm as senior counsel in its real estate practice.

Melville, who will be based remotely out of Florida and has been practicing for seventeen years, has maintained a solo practice for the past nine years specializing in real estate transactional work and land use.

“While I’ve looked into joining with other firms over the years, no one ever stood out like Clark Hill,” Melville said. “There’s a deep bench of intellectually engaged attorneys nationally and internationally, in real estate and other practice areas, who I can now offer to my clients in a wide variety of matters.”

Melville represents real estate developers, investors, and corporate clients in all real estate asset classes including multifamily, mixed use, industrial, retail, hospitality, and medical.

“I’m excited about being able to collaborate with so many fine attorneys and great legal minds across the US and internationally. That’s something that I got very minimal of practicing on my own. I’m across the table from a lot of talented and smart attorneys all the time, but to be in practice with them, collaborating and referring business is a major draw to Clark Hill for me,” Melville said.

Melville is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, International Council of Shopping Centers, and NAOIP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association. He also volunteers frequently with Habitat for Humanity and the Flite Center in Broward County.

“We’re thrilled to have Drew join our real estate team,” Robyn Henry, Clark Hill’s real estate business unit director. “His experience with such a variety of clients and matters will greatly enhance our team’s offerings to clients.”
