Clark Hill Adds Adam Ventura to Real Estate Practice
Clark Hill announced today that Adam Ventura has joined the firm as a Member of its Real Estate practice group in Pittsburgh.
Ventura has a full-service real estate practice representing landowners, developers, and municipalities. He maintains an emphasis on land use and zoning matters and disputes, real estate tax assessment, and eminent domain. He also represents both landowners and tenants in negotiating commercial lease agreements.
In addition to his real estate practice, Ventura also maintains a broad civil litigation practice representing clients in significant litigation matters throughout the country.
“I’m very excited for the opportunity to grow my practice with Clark Hill,” Ventura said. “The firm’s collaborative culture and depth of talented attorneys with expertise in a wide variety of disciplines throughout the country and internationally especially appealed to me as I looked to take the next step in my career.”
“We’re thrilled that Adam has decided to join our team,” said Real Estate Business Unit Leader Josh Farber. “His experience with a wide variety of real estate matters, and in particular his land use and zoning expertise, will enhance what we can offer to clients.”
Ventura earned his law degree from Duquesne University School of Law.
