Scott N. Schreiber Recently Reelected as Member of the National Board of Trustees and Board of Directors of the Jewish National Fund

Clark Hill attorney Scott N. Schreiber was recently reelected to serve a third term as a member of the Jewish National Fund’s (JNF) National Board of Directors and Board of Trustees as Vice President, Missions. In his role as Vice President, he will be responsible for participation in JNF’s Missions to Israel, he will oversee the development of new missions as well as maintain the standard of existing signature missions which will ultimately increase visibility and awareness of JNF’s contributions to Israel as the Jewish homeland. Scott is the former Midwestern Regional President and the past President of the Board for the Chicago region of the JNF. Schreiber is also a former member of JNF’s Makor Speakers Bureau and a current member of JNF’s Budget and Finance Committee.

Schreiber is a Member and co-leader of the firm’s Corporate Restructuring and Bankruptcy group. He has served as lead counsel to business debtors, creditors, creditors’ committees and equity holders in a wide range of bankruptcy matters, including domestic and international bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings, out-of-court workouts and transactions involving distressed businesses.
