Robin Ferriby to Present at the 2020 National Conference on Community Philanthropy
Clark Hill attorney Robin D. Ferriby was recently selected to present at the 2020 National Conference on Community Philanthropy, “Equity and Transformation: Community Philanthropy Impact for Social Change,” in April 2020. The conference is being held by the University of Arkansas, Clinton School of Public Service and will focus on the impact of philanthropy within communities and its power to drive social change in order to advance racial equality for those who are vulnerable. Ferriby, one of only 32 individuals ever to be named a Scholar in Residence at the Clinton School, will discuss helping to navigate a resolution of the City of Detroit municipal bankruptcy. Ferriby is Senior Counsel in Clark Hill’s Birmingham, MI office, where he works extensively with foundations and nonprofits on a variety of governance, grant-making, and charitable gift matters. He also counsels individuals, families and business on charitable giving and estate planning strategies and techniques.
