Joann Needleman to Speak at the First Party Summit in Nashville, TN on June 19th
Clark Hill attorney and leader of the Consumer Financial Services Regulatory and Compliance Practice Group, Joann Needleman, will be on a panel discussion exploring innovation in the face of outdated and slow to change regulations at the First Party Summit in Nashville, Tennessee on Wednesday, June 19th.
Needleman will be joined by Shane Foster, Senior Litigation Counsel, Arizona Attorney General’s Office and John Rossman, attorney at Moss and Barnett for the discussion titled “Technology Outpacing? How State Regulators in Arizona use a ‘Sandbox’ to Encourage and Oversee Innovation.”
