Earsa Jackson to be Honored as a Diversity and Inclusion Champion by Texas Lawyers for Professional Excellence in 2019

Congratulations to Earsa Jackson, Member in Clark Hill Strasburger's Dallas office and Chair of the firm's Diversity Committee, for being honored as a Diversity and Inclusion Champion by Texas Lawyers for Professional Excellence in 2019. This award recognizes Earsa for making her mark on the legal profession in the Lone Star State and beyond. She will be honored in the Texas Lawyer magazine in September 2019. An awards ceremony will highlight the achievements of Earsa and other honorees on September 18, 2019 at the Belo Mansion in Dallas.

A Certified Franchise Executive with more than 20 years of franchise law experience, Earsa serves as Chair of Clark Hill Strasburger's Franchise & Distribution team as well as its Diversity Committee. Earsa has written and spoken extensively on franchise issues and is a former Director of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Division for the American Bar Association Forum on Franchising. Earsa has published several articles and presented seminars on franchisor’s legal issues and diversity best practices throughout her career. She handles franchise structuring, disclosure and state registration matters for a number of franchise systems across the country. Earsa also leads in representing clients in business and commercial, False Claims Act, business torts, trademark infringement, trade secrets, contract disputes and probate litigation matters.
