DETROIT, MI – Frances Rosinski, Senior Counsel in Clark Hill’s Litigation Practice Group, will appear as a panelist at the 44th ABA National Conference on Professional Responsibility on June 1, 2018, in Louisville, KY. The program, “Once a Lawyer, Always a Lawyer?” details the question of regulation for “off duty” and judicial conduct by lawyers and bar applicants. Frances is a member of the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers, a Character and Fitness panel member with Michigan’s Board of Law Examiners, and a Supreme Court Administrative Office (SCAO)-trained facilitative mediator. Frances also serves as Associate General Counsel for Clark Hill, where she facilitates the evaluation and assessment of conflicts for the Firm.
