Clark Hill’s Chicago Office Adds Real Estate Attorney Phillip N. Coover
CHICAGO, IL – Clark Hill announced today that attorney Phillip N. Coover has joined Clark Hill’s Chicago office as a Member in the Real Estate Practice Group.

Coover represents national institutional commercial real estate investment companies, Chicago-area based real estate development and brokerage companies, retail commercial property management companies, private equity lending companies, business owners, and emerging privately owned small businesses with issues, including commercial litigation, receiverships and other distressed assets, foreclosures, commercial evictions, partnership disputes, commercial bankruptcy creditor representation, corporate transactional matters, and real estate acquisitions and sales.

Prior to joining Clark Hill, Coover was a Principal of the firm Schenk Annes Tepper Campbell Ltd. for more than ten years. He is the Chair of the Commercial Litigation Committee of the Chicago Bar Association and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Coover is the host of the popular podcast, “Real Estate for Breakfast,” which is available on iTunes. He will continue his podcast series at Clark Hill.
