Clark Hill Moves into Two Commerce Square Reflecting Substantial Growth of Philadelphia Office

Clark Hill announced today that the firm has moved into new offices at Two Commerce Square with approximately 34,000 square feet of space on the 26th and 27th floors, in a lease executed with Brandywine Realty Trust. Located across the courtyard from their former location at One Commerce Square, where the firm leased approximately 21,000 square feet, Clark Hill’s new offices have been re-designed to meet the company’s specifications.

This space works toward that end with new ergonomic adjustable height furniture, spaces for team building and fitness classes, and lots of natural light, with a focus on the health and wellness of our team members.”  

Rob Davis, Member in Clark Hill’s Real Estate Practice Group and Director of Real Estate Growth & Expansion for the Mid-Atlantic region, handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the firm. The firm’s expanded space allows for up to 50 glass front offices on the 27th floor as well as a suite of much larger conference rooms, a wellness room, a work café, and additional collaborative workspaces on the 26th floor. The space is designed to be more efficient, with single-sized attorney offices in line with current law firm workplace trends, and includes the latest technology in virtual conferencing and presentations.

An underlying theme in designing the new space was fostering collaboration among individuals and teams of lawyers, offering spaces for guests to work comfortably and efficiently outside their offices. There are a number of spaces throughout for personnel to gather or collaborate, with natural light in all of the work areas as a key priority.
