Clark Hill Member, Jane C. Luxton, to Present at The Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation’s conference, “Natural Resources Development and the Administrative State: Navigating Federal Agency Regulation and Litigation”

WASHINGTON, DC – Clark Hill Member, Jane C. Luxton will be co-presenting at Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation’s conference, “Natural Resources Development and the Administrative State: Navigating Federal Agency Regulation and Litigation” on February 28th.

Jane will be presenting on the topic of “Current Perspectives on Regulatory Reform” addressing the current initiatives focused on regulatory reform and executive orders requiring agencies to cut two regulations for every new regulation. Co-panelists from the Departments of Interior and Agriculture will present on agency reorganization at the Department of the Interior, and streamlining agency decisions under the National Environmental Policy Act and other laws.

Jane C. Luxton is a member of Clark Hill’s Environment, Energy, and Natural Resources Practice Group based in the Washington, DC office and chairs the firm's Administrative Law Practice. Jane has extensive experience in environmental, regulatory, policy, and litigation matters, including federal and state environmental laws as well as international environmental regimes. Her practice includes advising clients on administrative law issues and compliance regulatory advocacy, and appellate litigation.
