Clark Hill Chicago Attorney Ray J. Koenig III Elected Member of Board of Managers of the Chicago Bar Association
CHICAGO, ILL. – Clark Hill attorney Ray J. Koenig III is one of nine new members of the Board of Managers beginning their tenure at the Chicago Bar Association’s 139th Annual Meeting on Thursday, June 21, 2012, at The Standard Club, 320 S. Plymouth Ct., Chicago. Robert A. Clifford, president 2011-2012, will preside over the meeting and incoming President Aurora Abella-Austriaco also will speak. Founded in 1874, The Chicago Bar Association is one of the oldest and most active metropolitan bar associations in the U.S. The Association's membership of 22,000 consists largely of lawyers and judges from Cook County and the State of Illinois. There are currently 18 members of the Board of Managers.
Koenig is the Managing Member of Clark Hill’s Chicago office and a member in Clark Hill’s Litigation Practice Group. He practices in the areas of probate litigation, trust litigation, fiduciary litigation, elder law, estate planning and estate administration, with an emphasis on will, trust, guardianship, and advance directive contests and other fiduciary litigation. Koenig has represented individuals, families, financial institutions, medical institutions and governmental organizations in all areas of his practice. Koenig has extensive trial, appellate and mediation experience in state and federal courts.
