GRAND RAPIDS, MI – Clark Hill attorneys Dana L. Abrahams, John L. Gierak, Marshall W. Grate, Jeremy S. Motz, Nancy L. Mullett, Charles M. Russman and Joseph B. Urban will be presenting at the Michigan School Business Officials (MSBO) 81st Annual Conference & Exhibit Show from April 30 to May 2, 2019, at the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel in Grand Rapids, Michigan.  The presentations will cover various areas of school business and management, focusing on current topics affecting school districts in Michigan such as legal considerations when hiring contract employees and retirees; privacy and cybersecurity; shared time arrangements; outsourcing and contracted services; cell tower leasing; purchasing and procurements; and social media policies and procedures, among several others.

MSBO is a nonprofit corporation that provides a forum for members to exchange opportunities and ideas in the public education sector.  The objective of MSBO is to improve the leadership of, and management in, school business and operational services, while providing a platform for development of the professional, social and economic well-being of its members.
