CHICAGO, IL – Clark Hill attorneys Richard H. Chapman and L. Steven Platt presented “Your Labor & Employment Law Tool Belt: Stocking it for 2015” to the Hand Tools Institute meeting in Chicago on (date). Their discussion focused on enforcement trends of various employment-related state and federal regulatory agencies and strategies that employers need to utilize in order to maximize their compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
The Hand Tools Institute (HTI) is the trade association of North American manufacturers of non-powered hand tools and tool boxes. The HTI’s objectives are to promote and further the interests of its members relative to manufacturing, safety, standardization, international trade and government relations.
Chapman is a member of the Firm’s Litigation and Labor and Employment Practice Groups focusing on employment compliance and employment and commercial counseling and dispute resolution.
Platt is a member of the Firm’s Labor and Employment Practice Group having substantial experience previously representing employees and unions. He currently represents employer and management in resolving and litigating union, benefit, and employment disputes.
