Magy is a member of Clark Hill's Real Estate Practice Group, the Commercial and Public Finance Group and the Corporate Restructuring and Bankruptcy Group. His extensive commercial real estate experience includes acquisition, development, finance, zoning, leasing and sale of commercial real estate, in addition to litigation related to those areas, including receiverships, distressed assets and retailer bankruptcy. He also has a substantial amount of experience representing all forms of commercial property owners, developers, property managers and brokers.
Waggoner is a Senior Attorney in the firm’s Birmingham office, where he practices in the Corporate Practice Group. James’ practice focuses on a broad range of corporate matters including corporate structure and governance, mergers and acquisitions and general commercial transactions.
Vercruysse Welch is a senior attorney in Clark Hill’s Labor & Employment Practice Group. As an employment and labor law specialist, she defends employers in state and federal lawsuits and administrative proceedings against wrongful discharge, discrimination, harassment, retaliation and related statutory and tort claims. She also prosecutes and defends claims pertaining to confidentiality, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements.
Kallabat is an Associate with Clark Hill’s Personal Legal Services practice group in the firm’s Birmingham, Michigan office. She focuses her practice on estate planning, tax planning, and probate and trust administration.
