Hendrick practices law with Clark Hill in Detroit specializing in commercial litigation and construction law. He has counseled construction clients in the drafting and negotiation of construction contracts, and the bid process. In representing owners, developers and contractors, he has reviewed proposed contract and subcontract agreements, and he has drafted construction contracts for use in Michigan.
Berger is a Member with Clark Hill in the Detroit office. He practices extensively in the areas of construction law and commercial contract disputes. He has represented both public and private owners, design professionals, general contractors, construction managers and subcontractors/suppliers in matters ranging from defect, delay, disruption, acceleration, and unforeseen site condition claims, including extensive work in surety, lien and insurance law.
Canvasser is a Senior Attorney in Clark Hill's Detroit office where he practices in the Litigation Practice Group. He has broad experience representing clients in general commercial litigation matters, landlord-tenant matters, issues relating to bankruptcy/creditor’s rights, real estate transactions and issues involving zoning and liquor licensing. He has significant experience in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts and has been admitted pro hac vice in multiple out of state matters.
