Clark Hill attorney Steve Pacynski named Rising Star of the Year by Association for Corporate Growth-Detroit

Clark Hill attorney Steve Pacynski was recently named the Rising Star of the Year by the Association for Corporate Growth-Detroit (ACG). The award is given to those who excel in corporate growth, corporate development, and mergers and acquisitions and have made noteworthy and impactful contributions to the corporate and M&A community. The winners will be celebrated at the 5th Annual M&A All Star Awards on June 25, 2020, at the Townsend Hotel, Birmingham, Michigan. 

Pacynski is a Senior Attorney in Clark Hill’s Corporate practice group and is based in the firm’s Detroit office. Steve focuses his practice in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, general business and commercial matters, and tax-exempt organizations. He regularly assists clients in connection with formation, merger, acquisition, and dissolution of foreign and domestic corporations and limited liability companies. He also routinely provides counseling on company operations, compliance and management, and equity and asset deals.
