Clark Hill Attorney Scott Schreiber Published in Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors Journal

Clark Hill attorney Scott Schreiber, Co-leader of the firm’s Bankruptcy group, was recently published in the Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors (AIRA) Journal’s Volume 32 No. 4. The article, “Purchase Order Financing to the Debtor in Possession,” co-authored by Gary Edidin of Franklin Capital Holding LLC, discusses providing Purchase Order Financing (PO) to the Debtor in Possession, and the obstacles and benefits associated with the process. 

“PO Financing to the Debtor in Possession, while risky, can be lucrative," Schreiber wrote. "Navigating the Debtor in Possession Financing Orders requires familiarity with the nuances of the Bankruptcy Code and ensuring that you’ve anticipated the unexpected.”
