Clark Hill Attorney Molly DiBianca Presents at Rubenstein-Walsh Seminar on Ethics and Professionalism

Molly DiBianca, member of the Labor & Employment group of Clark Hill’s Wilmington office, spoke at the Rubenstein-Walsh Seminar on Ethics and Professionalism 2020, sponsored by the Delaware Bar Association on Friday, February 7th.

DiBianca presented on Social Media in the Practice of Law. Her talk highlighted topics such as preserving social media evidence, internet advertising, and ex parte communications with jurors.

Her talk was part of a program series that covered greatest hits and emerging issues in enhanced ethics for Pennsylvania and Delaware attorneys. Additionally, this year’s seminar was the 25th anniversary of the Rubenstein-Walsh on Ethics and Professionalism 2020.

DiBianca maintains a legal practice consisting of equal parts litigation and client counseling. She represents employers in a variety of industries in employment-rights claims, discrimination matters, and equal employment disputes at the state and federal court levels. She regularly represents clients seeking to both prosecute and defend against post-employment restrictive covenants. She assists clients with internal investigations, wage-and-hour reviews, and employment-practices audits. DiBianca also counsels employers in the facilitation of reasonable accommodations and strategies for compliance with federal leave laws.
