Clark Hill attorney Melissa Ventrone Discusses Cyber Scams during COVID-19 Pandemic

Clark Hill attorney Melissa Ventrone recently appeared on Chicago’s WGN 9 News to discuss the omnipresent concern of cyber scams during the COVID-19 pandemic. Ventrone stresses that the United Nations and the World Health Organization will not be sending emails to a personal or business email address. She also advises businesses to avoid adding links or attachments to emails during this period of time, and that they should try and list information within the body of the email itself.  To view the full segment, please click here.

Ventrone is a Leader of the firm’s Cybersecurity, Data Protection & Privacy group, and is based in the Chicago office.
