CHICAGO, IL – MacKenzie A. Hyde, a Member in Clark Hill’s Litigation Business Unit, was recently quoted in the MLive article, “Michigan State's Williams determined to succeed after Chicago gun deaths of brother, cousin.”  MacKenzie was a part of the Teach for America program for two years, where she met Raequan Williams, a motivated student who she took under her wing and is now thriving at Michigan State University.

“He always just put in the effort, a hard worker in the class. Really, we just had kind of a connection. It's not anything that you can necessarily put into words. He was just really a special kid and we were able to stay connected over the years because we felt some sort of mutual affinity for each other,” said Hyde.  To view the full segment, please click here.
