Clark Hill Attorney Kristi Gauthier will Present on Wellness Program Compliance for the Arizona Small Business Association
PHOENIX, AZ – Clark Hill Attorney Kristi Gauthier will speak on a panel titled, “Is Your Wellness Program in Compliance with the Affordable Care Act,” hosted by the Arizona Small Business Association (ASBA) on Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at ASBA’s Business Center located in downtown Phoenix.
In this program, two national experts will guide the audience in an overall sketch of the new law and how to develop a program strategy to meet their needs. Is your program is in compliance with the Affordable Care Act and other employment laws? Even if you don’t currently offer a wellness program, don’t let these laws scare you! Gauthier is a senior attorney at Clark Hill PLC and concentrates her practice in the area of Employee Benefits Law. She has lectured on various employee benefits issues, including ERISA compliance, COBRA, Section 125 Cafeteria Plans, 403(b) Retirement Plans, IRS plan correction programs, and consumer driven welfare benefit plan design. She is also a frequent speaker on health care reform compliance and counsels employers of all sizes with respect to the impact of health care reform on their businesses.
