Birmingham, MI – Clark Hill attorney Joseph B. Urban will train a national group of school safety specialists from National Heritage Academies on the legal issues of student search and seizure on September 29 and 30, 2015, at the Metro Airport Sheraton Hotel in Romulus, Michigan. Urban will discuss necessary prerequisites for initiating a search, how to determine if a search is necessary, and the least intrusive means of conducting the search to ensure a safe environment.
