BIRMINGHAM, MI. – Clark Hill Member, Jeremy S. Motz, presented a seminar on the “Fundamentals of School Record Retention” on October 14, 2016. This presentation covered the requirements for retention of records by Michigan public school districts, such as: applicable Michigan laws, retention requirements, and issues school districts often face when addressing electronic mail.
Motz is a member in the Birmingham office of Clark Hill PLC and is a member of the Education and Municipal Law Group.
