Jennifer M. Buckley
has defended employers for over 20 years in state and federal court actions brought by employees and former employees. In addition to defending discrimination, wrongful discharge and related tort claims, she is also experienced in defending actions brought under
Ms. Buckley creates and revises employment policies including employee manuals, applications, sexual and other unlawful harassment policies, drug testing and FMLA/absenteeism policies. She has advised employers regarding issues related to wage and hour compliance, EEO compliance, reductions in force, plant closings and mass layoffs, and has prepared necessary notices and severance packages.
