Detroit, MI – Clark Hill attorney James R. Waggoner will be participating in Toast + Tech Talk, Session 4: Grow from Entrepreneur to Strategic Business Leader on Tuesday, October 28, 2014, at Grand Circus in Detroit. He will speak on a panel about legal matters that executives in fast-growing organizations should consider as they grow their business and prepare for a strong future.
Hosted by Plante Moran and Automation Alley, Toast + Tech Talk is a four-part breakfast series of panel discussions addressing different topics to help technology firms develop the framework and tools necessary to sustain the growth of their companies.
Waggoner is a senior attorney in the Business Practice Group of Clark Hill’s Detroit office and concentrates his practice in corporate law. Waggoner earned his J.D., cum laude, from Michigan State University College of Law, where he received numerous awards for academic merit, including the Jurisprudence Achievement Award for Contracts II. While in law school, Waggoner was an Executive Member of the Michigan State University College of Law Moot Court and Advocacy Board and served as a Teacher’s Assistant for both Contracts I and II. He was also an intern with the Charitable Trust Division at the office of the Attorney General of Michigan.
