Clark Hill Attorney Ernesto Lanza to Speak at Government Finance Officers Association Annual Conference, May 8, 2018
Ernesto Lanza, Senior Counsel in the Public Finance practice and co-leader of the Investment Management team at Clark Hill PLC, will be speaking at the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) Annual Conference in St. Louis, MO on Tuesday, May 8, 2018. Ernie’s panel – “Debt and Treasury External Advisors: Who Can Do What?” – will focus on helping state and local government finance officials and other market participants to better understand the interrelated roles that swap advisors, municipal advisors and investment advisers play under the federal securities laws. Ernie will be joining fellow panelists Nat Singer of Swap Financial Group, Scott McIntyre of FirstSouthwest Asset Management, and Chris Daniel, Chief Investment Officer of the City of Albuquerque, New Mexico, who will moderate the discussion.
