Berry will present on “What All Business Lawyers Should Know About Securities Law in the Crowdfunding Era: Identifying Securities Issues and Raising Capital After the Jobs Act,” presented by the Business Law Section of the State Bar of Arizona on Wednesday, October 21, 2015 at the University Club in Phoenix, Arizona.

Berry represents corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, and other business entities and individuals in a wide spectrum of transactions, focusing primarily on capital formation, business management and real estate. He has extensive experience in securities regulation, public offerings, business mergers, acquisitions and sales, private placements and compliance with the periodic reporting requirements of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. In addition, he recently testified before the State of Arizona House of Representatives regarding Arizona’s proposed Crowdfunding bill.
