Jeffrey A. Steele represents management in all aspects of employment and labor law. He defends employers in state and federal court actions against age, sex, race, national origin, pregnancy and disability discrimination claims, as well as claims alleging wrongful discharge, First Amendment retaliation, employment torts, negligent hire and retention, and breach of contract.
