Lauri A. Kavulich is the Member-in-Charge of the Philadelphia and Wilmington offices of Clark Hill PLC. She specializes in employment law and represents both public and private employers, including railroads. In addition, she represents employers in administrative and court proceedings filed under such statutes as the ADA, FMLA, Title VII, PHRA, ADEA, and FELA.
Lisa Carney Eldridge is a litigator in Clark Hill's complex civil litigation practice and employment litigation practice. Lisa's experience includes a wide range of commercial litigation and employment-related matters. She has represented clients in breach of contract claims, commercial fraud and business tort litigation, managed care litigation, ERISA employee benefits litigation and employment discrimination claims, RICO and insurance fraud/liquidation recovery, real property claims, class action litigation, non-compete agreements, and insurance law.
Kurt A. Miller is a member concentrating in labor and employment law, he was born in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania on September 7, 1957. Kurt has practiced law with Clark Hill since his admission to the bar in 1982. He became a partner in the firm in 1991, and is a former Chairman of the firm’s Labor and Employment Law practice group. Kurt’s practice consists exclusively of the representation of management in labor and employment matters. He has defended employers against claims of sexual harassment, race, age, sex, national origin, and disability discrimination, violation of the Family and Medical Leave Act, breach of employment contract, and wrongful discharge.
Ethan M. Dennis is an Associate in Clark Hill's Labor & Employment practice group and an ATIXA certified Title IX investigator. Ethan represents a variety of public and private employers in labor matters, including collective bargaining, labor arbitrations, and unfair labor practice charges. He also defends employers in litigation brought by employees claiming discrimination, retaliation, breach of contract, wrongful termination, and denial of wages and benefits. Ethan counsels public and private employers on day-to-day management of union and non-union employees, drafts workplace policies, and conducts trainings for management and employees. Ethan also has experience in representing national and regional businesses in complex commercial litigation.
