Four Clark Hill attorneys named in America's Top 100 Bet-the-Company Litigators®

Clark Hill attorneys Barry B. Sutton, Jennifer K. Green, Christopher D. Hossack, and Daniel J. Dulworth were recently named one of America's Top 100 Bet-the-Company Litigators®.  The membership includes some of the most exceptional litigators from across the country. To be considered for selection, an attorney must have litigated a matter with the fate of a business worth at least $2,000,000 at stake. Once selected as a candidate, attorneys are carefully screened through third-party research and analysis where, through advanced data analytics, the top high-stakes business litigators are identified for selection among America’s Top 100 Bet-the-Company Litigators®.

Sutton is a Member in Clark Hill’s Litigation group and is located in the firm’s Birmingham office. He specializes in product liability and serves as national trial counsel for over a dozen companies throughout the United States. In this capacity, Sutton regularly handles cases in all jurisdictions throughout the country, helping to provide a consistent defense to those companies faced with product liability suits.

Green is a Member in Clark Hill’s Litigation group and is located in the firm’s Birmingham office. She focuses her practice primarily in the area of commercial litigation, including contract disputes, business torts, employment-related disputes, insurance matters, financial services, and lender liability. Green has considerable litigation experience in both state and federal courts, including discovery, dispositive motions, trials, and appellate work. 

Hossack is Senior Counsel in Clark Hill’s Construction law group in the firm’s Phoenix office. He focuses his practice on professional design defect and bodily injury defense, with a secondary emphasis in representing design professionals in employment discrimination and wrongful termination cases, and ADA accessibility cases. Hossack is admitted to state and federal courts in Arizona, the United States Supreme Court, and the Ninth Circuit US Court of Appeals.

Dulworth is Of Counsel in Clark Hill’s Litigation group in the firm’s Detroit office. He specializes in legal counseling, negotiation, and litigation, including handling significant commercial, general business, health-care and employment disputes in state and federal trial and appellate courts, commercial arbitration forums, and administrative agencies.
