Yoshinori Hirai

Prior to working at Clark Hill, Yoshinori worked at a Japanese law firm where he represented major Japanese and foreign companies at all levels of courts in Japan regarding corporate, labor, real estate, tort, copyright, and tax matters. He has also achieved favorable results via arbitration, mediation, and settlement negotiations.

Outside of litigation practice, Yoshinori has extensive experience in advising on corporate governance, corporate laws, tax laws, data protection, and other Japanese laws and regulations.
