Aside from working hard to represent her clients in court, Yesi also advises and counsels employers on their employment policies and practices. The covers the full life cycle of an employee from hiring to termination. In order to ensure employers are compliant with both federal and state standard Yesi works to update their employee handbooks on an annual basis.
Yesi is bi-lingual, fluent in Spanish and English, and can facilitate communication in both languages between the employer and employees during internal investigations and other instances where clear understanding is crucial.
Before joining Clark Hill, Yesi worked at a national and union side firm in Los Angeles. While at UC Hastings, Yesi served as a law clerk for the Orange County Public Defender’s office, San Francisco City Attorney’s office, and the San Francisco Legal Aid Center.
