Weyd-Anne Miller is an Associate in Clark Hill's Litigation practice group of Clark Hill’s Los Angeles office. Weyd-Anne has experience conducting appropriate discovery, hearings, and depositions, in preparation for mediations, arbitrations, and trials, as well as collaborating on preparation of more complex cases. She has advised and conferred with claims representatives, clients, witnesses, experts, and other interested parties, rendering clear, unambiguous legal opinions and strategy during all phases of litigation. Prior to joining Clark Hill, Weyd-Anne served as in-house litigation counsel and her practice focused primarily on personal injury and general litigation defense including automobile negligence, trucking and transportation litigation, construction accident litigation, products liability, and premises liability litigation.
Weyd-Anne graduated from Emory University and received her J.D. at the Georgetown University Law Center. While studying for her Juris Doctorate, she served as president of the Caribbean Law Students Association and served as a student attorney in the Harrison Institute for Housing and Community Development Clinic, working with tenant groups to create and preserve affordable housing.
During her spare time she enjoys playing flag football and water color painting.
