Weyd-Anne Miller is an Associate in Clark Hill's Litigation practice group of Clark Hill’s Los Angeles office. Weyd-Anne Miller has experience conducting appropriate discovery, hearings, and depositions in preparation for arbitrations, and trials, as well as collaborating on preparation of more complex cases. She has mediated several matters, with private and court appointed mediators. She has also coordinated early resolution of matters during the per-litigation and litigation phase. She has advised and conferred with claims representatives, clients, witnesses, experts, and other interested parties, rendering clear, unambiguous legal opinions and strategy during all phases of litigation. Prior to joining Clark Hill, Weyd-Anne served as in-house litigation counsel for an insurance company and her practice focused primarily on personal injury and general litigation defense including automobile negligence, trucking and transportation litigation, construction accident litigation, products liability, and premises liability litigation.
Weyd-Anne graduated from Emory University and received her J.D. at the Georgetown University Law Center. While studying for her Juris Doctorate, she served as president of the Caribbean Law Students Association and served as a student attorney in the Harrison Institute for Housing and Community Development Clinic, working with tenant groups to create and preserve affordable housing.
