Wesley Cox represents general contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other professionals in commercial and residential construction disputes.

Prior to joining Clark Hill, Wesley litigated construction law matters as well as general personal injury and construction defense cases. Wesley focuses on a well-rounded approach and works directly with his clients to achieve their goals. His strengths include providing clients with a comprehensive analysis of risk management and litigation strategy as it evolves throughout a matter.

Wesley’s experience also includes alternative dispute resolutions, conducting and defending depositions, and motion practice in Arizona and New Mexico courts.
