Tracy Kambobe is a passionate advocate, who represents and counsels clients in litigation and transactions involving surety claims, construction contracts, and other general commercial matters.

Tracy effectively handles surety and construction claims starting from her initial factual investigation and analysis of the claims to their successful conclusion. And, to the extent the surety or construction clients suffer a loss, she has ample experience fruitfully pursuing affirmative claims against indemnitors, owners, subcontractors, and other parties who contributed to the loss. In addition, Tracy effectively counsels her clients on risk prevention approaches to mitigate against later disputes and litigation.

Tracy’s approach to addressing the complexities that arise from the cases she handles is rooted in her work as a law clerk in both state and federal courts. Those experiences provided invaluable insight into what most effectively influences judges and juries. Thus, Tracy’s focus is on counseling her clients to minimize litigation and mitigate losses, but she stands ever ready to fight for her clients’ rights and justice owed.
