Tracey Lackman regularly works with developers, lenders and tax-credit investors on a wide range of projects for both for-profit and nonprofit clients.

Her experience includes advising clients in the structuring and development of low-income housing tax credit and other affordable housing developments, historic rehabilitation tax credit developments, and other types of tax credit developments. She assists clients on a variety of other matters, including the representation of lenders in the making of loans to facilitate tax-credit transactions, as well as loans for other commercial real-estate transactions.

Tracey represents clients in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate, entity formation, including applying for 501(c)(3) status, and advising clients in the structural and organizational areas of their business.
