Timothy M. Koltun
Timothy Koltun represents real estate clients in the sale, acquisition, development, and leasing of residential, retail, office, industrial, and hotel projects. He also represents institutional lenders with respect to construction and permanent financing.
Timothy represents clients in complex sale/leaseback transactions involving commercial properties located in several states, and projects involving the utilization of tax credits and public and quasi-public funding. He also has represented institutional lenders as well as commercial borrowers in connection with construction and permanent financing, including mezzanine and securitized loans, and workouts, restructuring, and enforcement of troubled loans.
Timothy has experience in forming limited liability companies and drafting and negotiating operating agreements for real estate projects. He has substantial experience in the negotiation and documentation of design and construction-related contracts, both from the contractor’s and owner’s standpoint. Timothy has represented numerous developers with respect to attached and site condominium projects as well as traditional platted projects.
He is one of the few LEED Accredited Professional attorneys nationwide.
