Sterling Henderson represents clients from a broad range of industries with an emphasis on the prosecution and defense of commercial and civil litigation actions involving construction, real estate, commercial contracts, and business and corporate disputes. He also specializes in commercial real estate services and matters of corporate structuring and governance.

Sterling has successfully represented a variety of corporate and individual clients, including real estate owners, investors, developers, design professionals, contractors, project managers, and suppliers. He has extensive experience at all phases of litigation in both federal and state courts, including a favorable bench trial verdict, and has effectively resolved numerous cases through settlement negotiations, dispute resolution, mediation, and arbitration.
