Stephanie Atkinson

Stephanie Atkinson represents employers in employment-related litigation, including claims of wage and hour violations, wrongful termination, retaliation, discrimination, harassment, and ADA violations. She defends employers in class actions, Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA), and individual matters in federal and state courts, and before governmental agencies.

As part of her practice, Stephanie provides employers with advice and counsel concerning employee issues, including hirings, terminations, layoffs, wage and hour compliance, and other disciplinary actions. She also assists employers in drafting employee handbooks and other personnel policies and documents,  conducting investigations and audits, and providing employer-required and managerial training.
