Sloane Skinner Carlough
Sloane Skinner Carlough is an Associate in the Government & Public Affairs Practice Group, providing counsel in the areas of campaign finance and election law, government ethics, lobbying compliance, and tax-exempt organizations. She is also a member of the Administrative Law Practice where her experience includes environmental and other regulatory advocacy projects. Sloane also works on trade related matters, including antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings.
Prior to joining Clark Hill, Sloane worked in the Counsel’s Office at the Republican National Committee where she focused on federal and state election laws, specifically ballot access and recount laws.
Sloane is a member of the Republican National Lawyers Association and the Federalist Society, and received her J.D. in 2016 from the University of Kentucky College of Law where she was a Member of the Moot Court National Team, President of the Federalist Society, and Member of the Election Law Society. In 2013, she received her B.A. from Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee, where she was an All-American member of the women’s golf team.
