Associate

Sebastian M. Fischer is a litigation attorney in Clark Hill’s Pittsburgh office, where he represents corporations, government agencies, and individuals before federal and state courts. Sebastian’s practice involves a diverse array of legal issues, ranging from contractual disputes to criminal matters. Sebastian worked as a post-bar law clerk for Clark Hill, where he researched legal issues including contract formation, expert witness testimony, and evidentiary privileges.

During his breadth of work as a legal intern, Sebastian gained valuable experience that is contributing to his current practice, including drafting prosecution memos for cases involving allegations of abusive sexual contact and child abuse; representing the Commonwealth in Common Pleas Court during a non-jury trial, pleas, and a motion to suppress; and conducted a preliminary hearing on weapons charges and negotiated and presented plea agreements.

Sebastian is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Information Security Policy and Management at Carnegie Mellon University’s Heinz College.
