Sean Lukins is a civil litigator who represents clients in various legal matters, primarily focusing on real estate, business, and commercial disputes.

Clients rely on Sean to navigate and resolve a wide range of legal issues, both in and out of the courtroom.  His experience includes general case analysis, legal research, preparation of trial strategies and appeals, counseling to avoid litigation, as well as global settlements of complex cases.

Prior to working at Clark Hill, Sean worked at a boutique law firm where he represented clients in unlawful detainer, business real estate, and fair housing matters. He has also represented California cities, counties, public agencies, employers, and insurance carriers in employment disputes.

In law school, Sean was recognized as an award-winning oral advocate in moot court and served as Senior Editor for the Science and Technology Law Journal.
