Scott B. Galla
Scott B. Galla is an associate at Clark Hill where he focuses on insurance, healthcare and commercial litigation. Scott regularly advises insurers, reinsurers, and intermediaries on regulations, coverage, and contract and treaty negotiations. He has advised two Silicon Valley insurance startups in connection with licensing, marketing, and regulatory compliance. Scott regularly appears before state and federal courts as well as arbitration panels on behalf of his clients.
Scott earned his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law. He served on the managing board of the Virginia Tax Review and finished runner-up in the National Baseball Arbitration Competition. He received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, majoring in biology, psychology, and life sciences communication. Prior to attending law school, he served as a Public Health Scholar within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
Scott is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
