Ross Miller uses his experience as a former District Attorney and Secretary of State to counsel and provide state government advocacy for a wide range of businesses.
Ross Miller is an experienced litigator with a deep understanding of issues affecting business. Prior to joining the firm, Ross was the youngest Secretary of State in America and the youngest in Nevada history when he was elected in 2006 and re-elected in 2010. As Secretary of State, he oversaw a wide array of divisions including Commercial Recordings, Securities, Elections, Nevada Business Portal, and Notaries Public. He has also served on numerous State of Nevada Boards including the Board of Prison Commissioners, the Governor’s Office of Economic Development, the State Board of Examiners, and the State Audit Committee.
Ross previously served as Deputy District Attorney in Clark County where he prosecuted thousands of cases and tried and convicted criminals for offenses including murder, sexual assault, armed robbery, drug trafficking, kidnapping, and child molestation.
He also currently serves as vice president and general counsel for Fine Entertainment Management, the parent company of a portfolio of business interests that includes restaurants and bars, home and business security systems, marketing and advertising, and software development.
